Binnaz Saktanber is a writer and editor whose work on current affairs and arts has been published in many Turkish and international publications including The Guardian, CNN, and others. She acts as the arts and culture director of MASPNY, based in New York City. Saktanber is also Fulbright scholar and a PhD candidate in the Graduate Center Political Science department, City University of New York. She is based in Istanbul.
