Isao Hashimoto

Isao Hashimoto (1959, JP). After 17 years of working in the financial industry as a foreign exchange dealer, Hashimoto studied at Department of Arts, Policy and Management of Musashino Art University, Tokyo.

He currently works for Lalique Museum, Hakone, Japan as a curator. Key artworks in his oeuvre expressing the fear and the folly of nuclear weapons, are 1945-1998, Overkilled, and The Names of the Experiments.
